1. Use of Our Services

NEDBL provides youth baseball league services, including registration, scheduling, payment processing, communication, and general league operations.

- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering or interacting with NEDBL.

- You agree to use our services in a lawful and respectful manner.

- Any misuse of our services, including fraudulent registration, payment abuse, or disruptive conduct, may result in suspension or removal from league participation.

2. Payments and Refunds

- All payments are processed securely through Go HighLevel (GHL) and its integrated third-party payment providers.

- Payment is required to secure player registration and participation.

- Refund policies will be stated on the registration forms or applicable program pages.

- Any chargebacks, disputes, or unpaid balances may result in suspension of participation until resolved.

3. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive email, text, and phone communications related to league operations, schedules, events, and marketing. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

4. Privacy and Data Security

5. Third-Party Platforms

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- NEDBL is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation or use of our services.

- Participation in athletic activities carries inherent risks. All participants (or their legal guardians) assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during league activities.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NEDBL, its directors, officers, coaches, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the services, your conduct, or violation of these Terms.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
